“We’re Passionate About Raising Healthy Dogs”

Gus

We picked up our adorable little Gus ( or as I call him Gussie) from Amy. Amy was fantastic in advising us on how to transition Gus to his new family & world. Amy called to check in on Gus & see if we were all adjusting well to each other.
I have to say ..I was a little worried about taking an older dog as we always had our dogs from around the age of 8 weeks not 6 yrs old.
But Gus took the worries away. Today I can honestly say it was the best thing …With our family life being busy with two boys still at home & myself owning a business from home taking an older dog was much easier than a puppy. No teething or chewing and all the other fun puppy stuff that requires a lot of attention.

Once Gus learned to walk on the street ( with all the new noises), asking to do his business outside ( we have no doggy door) & learned the way of our household he is the most perfect little munchkin ever.  He was a fast learner.

He loves to go on trips with us, loves the car, runs around the back yard and plays well with our boys & our other dog. Also loves to cuddle in the evening when everyone is settled in to watch a movie.
I would adopt an older dog in a heartbeat.
Thank you Amy for letting us adopt Gus 🐾
